COMPANY INFORMATION

Warren Davidson, Jr. and Jeremy Johnson began their careers in the electric utility industry installing continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) in response to the Clean Air Act's Acid Rain Program. Warren and Jeremy saw a need for technical support and service of CEMS within the power industry, and in 1996 they founded C.E.M. Solutions, Inc.

In the years that followed, C.E.M. Solutions began designing and selling process monitoring and air emissions monitoring systems. The company also expanded their services by providing air quality emissions and compliance testing.

C.E.M. Solutions now serves a variety of industries including Portland cement, biomass, waste-to-energy, electric utility, independent power providers and others.
