QA/QC plans can be designed to be regulatory, technical,
or both. Regulatory QA/QC programs focus on regulatory
requirements the facility must meet. These programs define
what needs to be done, without step by step procedures.
Technical programs are more in depth. Step by step procedures
are developed site specific to assist source personnel.
